Database provider interfaces
To help move from using HDAS to provider interfaces. Training is available from Proquest, Ovid, EBSCO and Refworks, as well as HEE commissioned ‘Expert Search’ training, which will be provided by a team led by the University of Cambridge Medical Library.
Materials for you to tailor for your local training sessions are also available.
RefWorks reference management software is available to NHS Knowledge and Library staff who undertake evidence/literature searching.
The workshop will introduce participants to RefWorks. Training will include:
- Logging into RefWorks
- Exporting references into RefWorks
- Creating a bibliography
- Using the NHS “house style” format
Sessions will run through to January 2022 (except holiday periods) as follows:
- Tuesdays, 13:00-14:00
- Thursdays, 14:00-15:00
