NHS Knowledge and Library Hub​

Welcome to the NHS Knowledge and Library Hub training is a recording of a training session aimed at all NHS knowledge and library staff. 

The session included a demonstration of the Hub and associated resources.   Topics covered include:

Database p​​​​​rovider interfaces​

Database provider interface training – librarian-led sessions and provider-led sessions 

To help move from using HDAS to provider interfaces. Training is available from Proquest, Ovid, EBSCO and Refworks, as well as HEE commissioned ‘Expert Search’ training, which will be provided by a team led by the University of Cambridge Medical Library.

Materials for you to tailor for your local training sessions are also available.

RefWorks​

RefWorks reference management software is available to NHS knowledge and library staff who undertake evidence and literature searching. 

The RefWorks Knowledge Center includes documentation, knowledge articles and training videos.

Royal Marsden Manual

Wiley are offering basic and advanced training sessions on the Royal Marden Manual of Clinical Nursing Procedures.

Basic sessions will cover searching the platform; advanced sessions will cover personalisation and customisation with local Trust guidelines.

The 30-minute drop-in sessions are aimed at KLS staff and end users; whoever needs training. Dates are listed on Wiley's Go ToWebinar platform.  Select a date and register.
