NHS Knowledge and Library Hub​

A revised interface for the Hub went live in July 2026.

An updated editable slide deck has been created that can be modified as required in support of user training.

The Help on the Hub page includes very short functional videos aimed at users and is linked from the Hub itself.

The Literature Searching elearning modules have been transferred to the Learning Hub the videos will be updated in due course and reflect the July 2026 version of the Hub.

A 7 minute introductory video for the Hub aimed at users is available and will be revised for the July 2026 changes shortly.

Holdings Link Manager (HLM) and EBSCOadmin

EBSCO offered a 60-minute webinar covering Holdings Management using EBSCOAdmin to manage your collection in the Hub and other systems, watch the recording.

Sessions on HLM are also scheduled by the NHSE team.

Training is available from Ovid, EBSCO and Refworks. Materials for you to tailor for your local training sessions are also available.

RefWorks​

RefWorks reference management software is available to NHS knowledge and library staff who undertake evidence and literature searching.

Royal Marsden Manual

Wiley are offering basic and advanced training sessions on the Royal Marden Manual of Clinical Nursing Procedures.

Basic sessions will cover searching the platform; advanced sessions will cover personalisation and customisation with local Trust guidelines.

The 30-minute drop-in sessions are aimed at KLS staff and end users; whoever needs training. Dates are listed on Wiley's Go ToWebinar platform via these links:
