We are keen to collect then for advocacy and promotion and to make them available to the KLS community.  Please ensure that you have gained consent for the use of any personally attributable information and quotes

Submitting a case study

To submit an impact case study:

  1. Download the impact case study template
  2. Complete the template including the submission details
  3. Email it to [email protected]

Deadline for submission

The schedule below provides timelines and  indicates when case study authors may hear back about their submissions.

31 December

Submissions will be sent to reviewers in January.  Responses will be sent out February and feedback sent in February or March.

31 March 

Submissions will be sent to reviewers in April.  Responses will be sent out in May and feedback sent in May or June.

30 June

Submissions will be sent to reviewers in July.  Responses will be sent out in August and feedback sent in September.

30 September

Submissions will be sent to reviewers in October.  Responses will be sent out in November and feedback sent in November or December.
 

Submissions will be reviewed by quality teams.  Successful case studies will be added to the impact case study database.
