Green Libraries Conference 2025

Apply today for a bursary to attend the Green Libraries Conference 2025. 

The Knowledge for Healthcare Learning Academy has 10 bursaries available to cover the conference cost of attending the Green Libraries Conference on the 27th October 2025 being held at the British Library, London. 

This event provides an opportunity to reflect, connect and collaborate on the role of libraries and a worldwide community of professionals to share practical advice and lessons learned in green practices.  Themes will include sustainability and AI, facts about climate fiction, green procurement, writing a sustainability climate plan and professional registration and climate justice.  

Applications close on Friday 3rd October 2025

14th International Congress on Medical Librarianship (ICML), 14th – 16th July 2026 

We had a high number of applications for bursaries and have now contacted all 25 successful applicants. 

We will look forward to hearing their reflections and learning from this event.

International Clinical Librarian Conference 18th and 19th June 2025, Leicester 

We have provided bursaries for 6 NHS Knowledge and Library Staff to attend the International Clinical Librarian Conference 18th and 19th June 2025, Leicester.  

We look forward to hearing their reflections on the conference experience. 

In 2024/25 we provided learning and development bursaries for 64 NHS knowledge and library staff to present at/or attend a range of conferences and workshops including the CILIP Health Libraries Group Conference, CILIP Green Libraries Conference,  Advanced Copyright Course, CILIP Rewired and King’s Fund Leadership events.
