Bursaries to support our small and highly specialist workforce to develop and respond to the opportunities from Knowledge for Healthcare.

14th International Congress on Medical Librarianship (ICML), 14th – 16th July 2026 

Apply now for a bursary from the Knowledge for Healthcare Learning Academy to cover the cost of the conference fee for either virtual or in-person attendance in Glasgow at the 14th International Congress on Medical Librarianship (ICML), 14th – 16th July 2026 

With a theme of “Flourish” consider submitting an abstract to share your good practice or attend to network with over 500 international colleagues and explore the latest issues and opportunities for change in our profession.

International Clinical Librarian Conference 18th and 19th June 2025, Leicester 

We have provided bursaries for 6 NHS Knowledge and Library Staff to attend the   

International Clinical Librarian Conference 18th and 19th June 2025, Leicester.   We look forward to hearing their reflections on the conference experience. 

Past Offers 

In 2024/25 we provided learning and development bursaries for 64 NHS knowledge and library staff to present at/or attend a range of conferences and workshops including the CILIP Health Libraries Group Conference, CILIP Green Libraries Conference,  Advanced Copyright Course, CILIP Rewired and King’s Fund Leadership events.
