Learning and development bursaries

Bursaries to support our small and highly specialist workforce to develop and respond to the opportunities from Knowledge for Healthcare including new technologies and ways of working. 

During 2023/24 we were able to support 57 learning and development bursaries. Bursaries have funded speakers at Communities of Practice and attendance at Patient Information Forum events. Bursaries can be given to individuals, teams, and communities of practice, working in and across NHS knowledge and library services.
