Documenting the policies, procedures and guidelines of a Trust or network is an important means of securing consistent, safe and high quality care

Knowledge and Library Services (KLS) are bringing their skills and experience to bear on the processes for these documents:

• supporting ongoing evidence requirements
• providing a hosting platform
• supporting effective retrieval
