NALROM

Authentication and the Link Resolver are managed by the National Authentication and Link Resolver Operational Management [NALROM] Group.

It reports to the Knowledge for Healthcare Resource Discovery Reference Group.

Its purpose:

• Supports the effective administration of the authentication and link resolver systems used by the NHS in England.
• Ensures correct access and seamless linking for nationally, regionally and locally procured NHS content.
• Coordinates consistent and efficient delivery of the roles and responsibilities of administrators, as defined in the document OpenAthens and Link Resolver Administration: roles and responsibilities at national, regional and local level
